Once again, Amazon shines. This product is as advertised in all aspects. It arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. Customer service has always been a priority for me and Amazon continues to provide the best. No need to shop elsewhere.

I bought 2 sets of these dishes because of the good reviews they got on Amazon and how nice they looked. I guess I'll start with the positive part of the dishes.

Pros: They are very nice looking and the plates and bowls are big. You can fit lots of food on them and the edges are curved up so the food won't spill off.

Cons: When I first got these, I opened the box only to find that one of the plates had a large chip on the side. I found the piece on the bottom of the box and super glued it on, assuming it just happened during shipping. I wasn't about to return an entire box just because of one little chip that I managed to fix. Since buying them less than a MONTH AGO, 4 more plates have chipped. One of the times, all I did was set the plate down on the counter and it happened to touch a glass measuring cup sitting next to it. A large chunk went flying off the side of the plate. The other times, I don't even know how they chipped, but it's SO ANNOYING to pull one of out of dishwasher or cabinet only to find chips on the sides of them. I'm not sure how these other reviewers can say they are sturdy and well made. I have a large set of corelle dishes and they NEVER chip. These plates look nice, but they are terrible quality. What's the point in buying a nice set of plates if they're just going to chip and crack every time they slightly bump into something??? I've already thrown the shipping boxes away, so I don't think I could return these, but if I could, I would in a HEARTBEAT. Don't waste your money with these unless you're planning on leaving them in a cabinet or wearing rubber gloves when you handle them.

Another downside to these is that they don't fit in each individual spot in my dishwasher. I have to put the plate in every other plate slot. That wasn't a big deal to me and still isn't, but it is a little inconvenient.

I just received the package today. It was very quick shipping and delivered nicely. Plates are very smooth and look durable. The larger plates are very big as someone mentioned in the review. They didn't fit into my kitchen cabinet but I still like them. I could use them as serving plates. I like the size of bowl, too. These will be good for serving a soup or a curry rice! I'm very happy of my purchase :)
